Each page opens the agency’s current PDF and shows which revision is accepted today. Line help comes from the official instructions. If the agency page and the PDF footer disagree, the page tells you before you type a word.

Where the file has to go decides what “small enough” means. Each record quotes the provider’s own page and works as a one-click preset. The compiled list will be free to reuse under CC BY 4.0.
