Free, and no ambush at the end.
Every pdfnex tool works in your browser, so a job costs us next to nothing. That is why the download is free, permanently. If paid plans arrive, they will be for convenience, never for processing.
Everything you can do today
- Every tool and every download, with no daily cap and no paid size tier (very large files are limited only by your device’s memory)
- Every official form page, its line help and the agency’s own PDF
- Your form profile and signatures, saved on this device
- The upload-limits dataset, free to reuse under CC BY 4.0
- An account for edition and deadline email alerts and synced presets
What may cost money later
- End-to-end encrypted sync of your profile between your devices
- Shared presets and W-9 request links for a small team
- Saved multi-step recipes for routine jobs
None of these has a price yet, and none is for sale. If we launch a plan, it will need your express consent, send a reminder before any renewal, and cancel online in one click.
What we will never charge for
Processing a file
The work runs on your device, so it costs us almost nothing. There is no reason to meter it.
Downloading your result
No account, card, watermark or timer will ever sit between you and your file.
Official forms
The agencies publish them free. We will not put a paywall in front of a government form.
Removing ads
There are no ads, on any page, so there is nothing to pay to remove.
Your own data
Exporting or deleting your account and your on-device data stays free.
Why we can promise this: see how the tools run in your browser, and read what an account holds in the privacy policy.
