Organize
- Split (by size, range, every N)Cut one PDF into several: into parts that each fit an upload limit, by page ranges you type, every N pages, or at its bookmarks.
- MergeAdd the files, put them in order, and get one PDF.
- Organize pagesSee every page as a thumbnail, then move, rotate, delete, duplicate or insert blank pages before you save.
- RotateTurn one page, a few, or all of them by 90° or 180°, and save the file so it opens the right way up everywhere.
- Delete pagesPick the pages to remove, by thumbnail or by typing numbers, and save a PDF without them.
- Extract pagesChoose pages by thumbnail or by range and save them as a new PDF, or as one PDF per page.
- Add page numbersChoose where the number goes, how it reads (“3”, “Page 3 of 12”) and where counting starts, then save.
- Bates numberingStamp each page with a prefix and a zero-padded sequence (ABC000001, ABC000002…) and continue the count across productions.
Fill and sign
- Fill a PDFType into the form’s own fields, or place text anywhere on a page that has no fields.
- Edit a PDFAdd text, cover things up, highlight, draw shapes, place images and leave comments.
- Sign a PDFDraw your signature with a mouse or finger, type it, or upload a photo of it, then place it on the page and download.
- FlattenTurn filled form fields into ordinary page content, so they print and display the same everywhere and nobody can change them by accident.

- PNG to PDFAdd PNG files (screenshots, diagrams, exports), put them in order and save one PDF.

- PDF to textExtract every word as plain text, page by page, to copy, search or paste into another app.
- OCR (English, Spanish)Read the words in a scanned PDF (English or Spanish) and add an invisible text layer, so you can search, select and copy, while the page looks the same.

- Password-protectSet a password that is needed to open the file.
- Unlock (known password)Some portals reject password-protected PDFs.
