Why extract instead of sending everything

Sending only the pages someone asked for is the simplest privacy step there is: a bank statement’s first page, the signature page of a contract, the two pages of a tax return a lender needs. The new file contains only those pages.

Pages keep their text, links and form fields. With “one file per page”, you get a ZIP of single-page PDFs named by page number.

Steps

  1. Add the PDF.
  2. Select pages or type a range such as “1-3, 9”.
  3. Choose one file, or one file per page.
  4. Download.
Already have Preview or Edge? In Chrome or Edge, Print → Save as PDF with a page range saves a range as a new file, though it re-prints the pages and drops form fields.
