Drop a PDF to organize

Every page appears as a thumbnail. Nothing changes until you save, and nothing is uploaded.

How this runs

Nothing loads until you add a file. Then the engine starts in a Web Worker in this tab.

How page changes are saved

Nothing is changed until you save. The engine then builds a new PDF from your page list, copying each page with its content and resources, so text stays selectable and links keep working.

Rotation sets the page’s own rotation flag, which every viewer respects; it does not re-render anything. Blank pages take the size of the page before them.

Steps

  1. Add the PDF.
  2. Select a page, then move, rotate, duplicate, delete or add a blank page after it.
  3. Check the new order in the rail.
  4. Save and download.

Limits, stated plainly

  • Bookmarks that point at deleted pages are dropped with them.
Already have Preview or Edge? Preview on a Mac lets you drag thumbnails to reorder, and delete or rotate pages, then save.
